Refund & Return Policy

At Kidoniq, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your Kidoniq product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

• Your Order ID
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Missing Components

If any component mentioned in the product’s “What’s Inside” section is missing from your kit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may arrange for the missing component to be sent to you or provide another appropriate resolution.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, subject to our review.

Because Kidoniq products are creative activity kits containing multiple components, opened or partially used kits generally cannot be returned.

Return shipping may be applicable depending on the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Kits with missing or used components
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use
• Products returned without their original packaging
• Products returned after the applicable return period

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway/bank processing timelines.

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will generally be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds and returns are subject to verification by Kidoniq. We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
